Clay pot Loh Shu Fun

Clay Pot Loh Shu Fun at Mama Kitchen Restaurant, TTDI

The Mama Kitchen was known by their Clay Pot Loh Shu Fun. It was first at Jalan Sultan by the name Seng Kee but later her daugther, Helen Long decided to expand the business by adding another branch in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. If you cannot read chinese, the sentence in red (see picture below) reads "The Well-Known Clay Pot Loh Shu Fun at Jalan Sultan". The direct translate of Loh Shu Fun would be "Rat Noodles" and i think the reason is because of the noodles look like rat tail. (round with pointed ends)

Normally chinese food is served cooked, but not to be surprised by the raw egg they served. See for yourself at the amount of minced meat (pork) you get for this big Clay Pot Loh Shu Fun priced at RM 10. This is the best Clay Pot Loh Shu Fun I tasted so far, if you know any that is more better don't forget to let me know. (use the comment)
