I love Thai food so much that I even went schooling in Thailand just to learn how they prepare each cuisine. I went back in AZ and cooked thai food to all of my friends and family. Gladly, that they liked it.

I even visited various Thai restaurants around and found out that there are a lot of people who fell in love with this cuisine as much as I do! Just to share my thai food story with you all, I went to this Thai restaurant (Gilbert Thai Food) in Mesa, AZ together with my friend. We ordered their specialty called Diamond Cashew Chicken, the chicken was so tender and the taste of the cashew is there!!! Literally in and out of the chicken... It was really amazing and we told ourselves that we will definitely come back for more to taste.
