Singapore Sling @ Hard Rock Cafe Singapore
Singapore Sling, is a cocktail that i think probably you have heard of. It is originated from Raffles Hotel in Singapore by Hainanese-Chinese bartender, Mr. Ngiam Tong Boon sometime around 1910.

The attractive pink colour cocktail was orignally meant as a women's drink which i think it is still. I think it is priced around S$18 @ Hard Rock Cafe if i remember it correctly. Due to the disuse and it was forgotten and lost by the time 1930. The current serve was based on memories of a former bartenders.
