Assam Laksa - Asam Laksa's soup is sour and spicy. Besides that, Asam Laksa also got mint's leaves, lettuce, Ikan Kembong's slice meat, cucumber slices, pineapple slices, onion slices and red cut chilli. While eating Assam Laksa, it should be exciting.. every scoop of soup that you put into your mouth should have a real good reaction of your tounge either sour or spicy or better still with both..

I found that most Penang Assam Laksa that was sold in KL mostly sweet. And as a Penang guy like me who is very particular on Penang taste... I found 1 shop at Damansara Utama (Uptown) which really taste like Penang.. No doubt not everyone loves the sour and spicy, but as for all Penang Assam Laksa lover should give it a try. And the price is real reasonable... can you imagine a shop like that selling at RM3.80 only!!! and is not pasar malam small bowl size oh.. its quite big and the soup is alot!!!

The business hour is from 8.00am till 9.00pm daily but close on sunday.. The location is opposite the uptown hawker centre.

Besides that, they also have this bun called Roti Paun. Is from Terrenganu.. very famous. I heard that the Roti Paun is originally send from Terrenganu to this shop. Wow... but it taste real good with kaya and butter. You can also try with their curry chicken. Once i eat on this bun, I never stop from ordering it again... hahaha.. its true. I even saw 1 auntie 'ta bau' 1 whole big bag of the bun..
